*tiptoes in, hoping to surprise "lurkers"*
dang......missed 'em.......
*noting small footprints and the sound of scurrying feet as light is turned on*
Could it be interlopers? Perhaps, an advance scouting party "of the body"?........
hhhhmmmm.......
*finds Fembot remote, pushes "morning, hot pants, yoga" *
Hey GH, where is "Buzz"? you said he got a new home?
What size are the horns you have? Do they still need cleaning/de-boning/wax lining?
how about an early morning melody?
*notes smell of coffee brewing while enjoying fembots yoga routine*
*rubs Juke*

I must have been some influance on FNG.
instead of killing buzz when he showed up yesterday
FNG "who is scared of snakes" caught him and took him home.
building him a home today, at least till fall when he wants to let him go.
wonders never cease.
most of the horns have been deboned, some cleaned, none waxed.
some finished with bleach very, very clean nice finish.
3 to 4 inches from yearling goats. I popped them myself...

seem like it should be the song of the day.

hopefully FNG isn't a "scientologist"........otherwise, watch your mailbox........
I used to see huge gopher snakes out in Midas........watched one (probably 6'+) climb a cottonwood, going in and out of woodpecker holes and nest looking for a meal.......he finally found a woodpecker, got him half swallowed and came down the tree.
On the ground, the woodpecker had a last try for life, and, poked the snake from within (that's what it looked like anyway), the snake spit him out, but, the bird was to weak, or disoriented, to fly. The snake bit him, layed on and a constricted him, and, began again. Again, part way down, the poke and the spit. This happened one more time, we were cheering for the bird, just for pure spirit.....(not wanting to interfere with the "natural process").
On the third try, the bird got away.........we toasted his perserverience, tenacity, and good luck. And, of course, wished the snake good hunting later............
those little horns would make wonderful Barbarian shotglasses, cleaned and waxed.
I wonder if Dougly needs/wants any?

I'm headin to Sam's club today with Looneytune to stock up on stuff........
you ever go rock hunting out there?

Goathead; it's nice to be missed. Yeah, good night's sleep. Too bad I missed out on Mozy's Hennessey though, that would have been sweet.
ygmir; GH's rocks ROCK! Very special. And his lens set up is soooo cool. I highly recommend checking it out. Hopefully he'll have it on the playa. I was thrilled to watch him make a rock for me.
Pinemom is a Granny Piney now. This is the easy part, Pinemom; you get to spoil them and then send them home again. I love being a granny. It's made me into a ragin' granny to make a better world for the sweet little babies.
