Ticket Wanted: As a Gift or a Barter-WorkTrade for an Awesome 1st Timer! :D   :?: :!: :P

HI
Are you a Good Wise SAmaritan with a Ticket to Burning Man to Give as a Gift to an Awesome 1st Timer, namely me?
Or Do you have a Ticket for a barter or worktrade?
I am a singer, and I also work with energy, and can help you help yourself with your energetic alignment, healing, authenticity.
I also have experience with organizing and hosting events, and thus, am able to do many tasks well.
I have never been to Burning Man. I'd like to participate this year.
Cheers, Namaste, and Blesses.

Can you do a marxist analysis of my dog's resentful energy towards me in a jungian modality?

Sorry, you won't get the references to the joke.

Really, put your energy into buying your own ticket for next year. And attend the nearest decompression. Get involved with local bm groups. Then when you hit the playa in August 2010 you'll be blazing across the sky, not a speed bump in the dust.

What I get from Burning Man is creativity, not wasting time with much waistful energy as indicated by the unfortunate posts here so far. Distraction is a part of life isn't it? I am not begging for anything. The way your perception works is your thing, not mine at all. Burning Man is not going to be tainted for me by these unfortunate representations of these wasteful posts.

coming onto this forum and dragging and bashing Fishy along with you makes about as much sense as going into the United Services camp and asking for 2-ply toilet paper...paper...paper...paper...paper...paper....paper...paper...paper....paper........

Well, she can't pull this.

Sorry honey, but you are talking to some people who not simply have their tickets, but have had to sacrifice for them. I've known people who eat ramen all year to save for burningman, and you just waltz in here and expect it on a platter?

And well, if you don't have the ticket--five weeks before the event--can we trust you to have 10 and 1/2 gallons of water? Food for a week? Electrolytes? A Flashlight? One-ply? Tent? Bedding? Shade? Or are you going to wander into our camp and expect us to kiss your lily white, virgin, lazy, self-important ass and do every thing for you?

You have almost 60 weeks until Burningman 2010. Start saving now. Because we don't believe it when people tell us they are awesome, we believe it when people prove they are awsome.

She best be careful that no one mistakes that "energy" for "kundalini energy" and expect that for the price of a ticket they will have a week's access to hippie couchie.

I could have used an energy expert while I was running off the generator.

I wonder if he/she has experience with breaker boxes and extension cords?

I think she has a secret plan to get you to buy her ticket so that she can take her $300 and spend the evening with that Gratefully Dead poet fellow.

No harm in putting it out there if you ask me.

Last year I was gifted two tickets the week before the event. People with jobs and businesses to run have their plans changed for them all the time.

I couldn't find anyone to take the second ticket so I sold it at the gate and gave the money back to the guy who had to miss out.

At the gate I met a guy who came all the way form Europe with no ticket and no cash. He just stared at me expecting me to give it to him. "Hit the bricks freegan" was my reply in that instance.

If you can provide energetic allignent, healing and authenticity there should be no problem getting into Burning Man. Just go to the gate and tell them of your talents they have a supply of free tickets they are eager to gift to talented people.
