If you read the newspaper report you see that two people are in custody and 1 man, identified above is still wanted by the police.
I did not say anything about the guys skin color, I just posted his picture so if you are sitting arcoss from him at the bar you'll know it.

SANTA CRUZ - The third man linked to the kidnapping and killing of a Los Angeles man was arrested early today.
Adam Spencer Hunt, 29, of Watsonville, surrendered to Santa Cruz police at 12:40 a.m. and booked into County Jail early this morning, according to jail records. Hunt faces charges of robbery, kidnapping and conspiring to commit a crime and his bail is set at $1 million , according to jail personnel.
