We are having a local burning man event out at the ranch ( "Not Burningman" ) Aug 29th through Sept 7th, in is being organised by Athena Denos and her friend Normal, I think they are part of Gigsville, the first few days will probably be close friends, family, and people setting up projects, with the main days starting Fri - Mon there may be a small donation to cover the Porto Potties.

More details as they evolve.

ok, in texas hold em' this would considered going "all in"....

here it is, on the table.

i am looking for a sponsor(s) who might own a moped, or scooter store or brand or whatever who is willing to donate 2 scooters or mopeds (50 cc only)
so that me and my brother in arms, aydin, can ride from the Roc (western ny) to Black Rock City....in return we will document said trip by helmet-cam or other recording device as we do a nerd-dork-geek version of "On the road" post modern style for a new century.

thats a lot of hooey to just say we want to take the long way home, we are willing to go where angels fear to tread, and be mocked and scorned as we work our way across this great nation, via the scenic route, camping under the stars, and enjoying the process / journey as well as sharing it with others from a particular P.O.V that i think will be unique and interesting to watch.

we dont want any money....just a ticket into the event each, and little ponies to ride....we can fix and maintain them, fuel them ourselves with the little money we do have....we could probably even jerry rig a video system, but chances are, if you want a quality product visually etc etc , you should cough up for the camera, or if you gots the money and resources, a crew to film...

we are willing to pick people up along the way, to join our moped army.

we also want to take the Lincoln Highway, route 50, and 5 & 20 which are still cross country routes that are TOLL FREE, and worth the view.

you, the sponsor would own all rights to the "content" to distribute as you see fit and make whatever you want, we dont need no stinkin two ply...

just our trusty steads, food, water, coffee, and cigarettes, because we already have huge balls.

there it is folks....any takers?

it's a good deal for you, i promise....it'll be the worst home movies, ever.

ps we need about 2 weeks i finger, so time is of the essence, if you wanna do it, lets do it...ASAP

we can leave at the drop of a hat....i'm actually already packed, have been for days...

aydin is a busboy, so he can tell his boss to suck it at a moments notice without too much guilt, since all his boss does is suck his life away in return for pennies.

i'm going to go see my son now, he's having a party, so there is free food.

when i get back, i hope to see some pictures of dorky mopeds waiting for me....
