2nd burn this time around

Yep! Last year was my first Burn and I really enjoyed it. This year will be my second so I hope I know the ropes at least a little better.

This year's Burn will be a little different for me. Everything was good to go two weeks ago with 7 people in our camp then the entire thing just kinda fell apart(long story- do not ask :-))

Anyway it looks like I might be attending by myself this year. I want to go but I really would rather camp with a group of friends. I have some friends who are staying in theme camps but they reached capacity weeks ago.

Don't worry about who you're camping with too much. It will happen somehow that you meet up with people and end up camping together. Or set up single and go meet your neighbours. You'll find lots of companionship if you get outside your comfort zone.

If you've got a specific interest or set of skills to offer see the list of 2009 theme camps here and see if any pique your interest. Get involved online in the discussion with that group and some magic might happen if you've got skills they need. Maybe there are single spots left in some although I expect most are full someone might have to drop out at the last second.
