How accurate would you say this guide is?

I was roaming the cyber land and came across a new guide, and being a first time Burner in 2010, this seems like a very comforting guide (None more than Eplaya of course.). You don't need to read the whole thing, just the main bits.

Phil is very knowledgeable and thoughtful. Anything on the Civilized Explorer web site about Bman can be counted on.
