Will there be a webcam on top of Center Camp this year?
Haven't found a link anywhere this year. I can't go... I wanna at least touch the Playa with my eyes. Anyone know?
HyperJohn just gave it a test tonight. There was a lot of buffering, but it was nice to see the lights, dust, bikes, dust, fire and dust while it was up. I was gonna post the link here, but it appears down right now, as well as the link had bmtest in it, so I don't think that'll be the final link.
Keep checking here and I or someone else'll post the link once it comes back up.
Also, it was in irc.freenode.net #burningman that HyperJohn (johng this year, guess he's mellowed) gave the test link. Hop in and join the rest of us unfortunate enough to not be there this year in our misery.

I've been addicted to this live cam all week, it's great for people like me who couldn't go this year. I want to watch the Man and the Temple Burn on Sat and Sunday but don't know what time they will happen on the Playa, so it's hard to know when to tune in over here in the UK. I know that the Burns are dependent on weather so I'll have to just sleep with one eye shut and the other on the live feed!
