I could use some help ID'ing this art "car" or wheel that I ran into at the main burn. My apologies for the dark images, this is a new camera and I'm still learning how to use it.

I spoke with the guy running it briefly, he said it's not like a giant Segway in that everything on it is analog...no digital controls, no gyros either. The thing fascinated me to no end...and I'd love to learn more about it.
