this decomp stuff.......jeeze...........I got up at 4:30, turned on the computer, peed and fell back to sleep till now............

I'm guessing, the longer on the playa, the longer the decompression time..........

Some years are easier then others.

This year for me, well, the decomp was the easy part.

Only a couple of days.

Plus, I had zero downtime, to even really think about it.

Its like a depression that fills a calm within you. You have no energy to totally speak of, as far as getting all the gear and dust outa everything.

The first time you get around your peeps in person, you just dont even wanna leave their sides.

The day is weird and I have no idea why I need to sleep by 9pm...only to wake at 330am?

Im not hungry...not even at dinner time...which I might add is a pain in the arse to figure out what you wanna eat if anything at all?

The idea of actually un-packing a daily driver is kinda ...hum ha whatever....

Driving a friends mutant vehicle...that is a clutch...back to his house 2 miles away...is the funnest thing you've done all week...gawd I miss clutches!!! small wonders in a big world.

Driving 55 on a road, that last year felt to fast, is now a pretend fast ride on the playa...hahahaaa

Looking at costumes you didnt wear as you unpack is almost exciting as now you have at least 1 or 2 you can just repack for 350 some odd days from now!
