I've seen those things before, off season when there was no kites or balloons or lasers, etc. I talked to some locals in Gerlach and they told me you can often see them, ranging in number from two to eight. Apparently they're referred to as skypo's, short for sky patrol. I'm not going to venture a guess as to what they might be but they don't move like any aircraft I've ever seen.

really, UFOs? in a city of over 40000 people, many of whom have rc aircraft, helium baloons, skydivers, and kiteflyers, you jump to the conclusion of it being a spacecraft?
