The Bar... Volume#2
Yawn...woah what a busy weekend.
Most of it traveling....yuck, but on nice highways on the way home.
Ygmir, this trip was a quiky for a dying grandparent. to visit before the actual soon to be end.
We would like to swing by if/when the funeral takes place (Chico).
As we were traveling through grassvalley I could have sworn I saw a place that could have been yours...?]
So with that in mind, ill need your digits again via PM...
We took I-80 on the way down, of course idiots(us) didnt check the construction situation!
It took us 1.5 hours to do 15 minute stretch...YUCK!
So went FeatheRiver HWY on the way home....Aaaaaaaaawesome drive! and actually saved us a full half hour comparing the 2 drives.
Spent some great quality time with Titwi's family.
Drank way to much Red wine with his dad. Actually got to speak of BM too with him, as Titwi took him a couple years ago! haha
Have so much to still do as reality has been busy.
Need to pop up a couple carports to store things and to have a nice dry spot to work on coming months projects.
Plus Reno decom is ONLY 3 weeks away! YIKES! hurry hurry...
Plus my artistic brain went into huge overdrive and I have a new passion Im going to attempt to start raiing awareness to and see how many locals see a need for it...more on that much later...
Still cant seem to post in "the bar" as easily.....so I will continue to post here to say hi....
That way ALL who wanna stop in CAN.
ROACHES...it not just for breakfast anymore.

I love that Feather river drive. and, coming out at Hallelujah junction seems it'd be the best to/from chico............maybe, all things being perfect, I-80 might be faster, but, I bet, not by much........and, considering the construction........
but, I'd rather you took 80 just so you'd stop here and say hi........(the selfish me, that is)
you're totally welcome to stop in..........
I can imagine what places you saw that would remind you of me.........hahahahaha
probably all had red "condemned" signs out front............hahahaha
Chico's about 1.5 hours from here.....nice place, hot in summer though,.......dang hot.

Yes, I know that it's not a serenade if it's with my breakfast, at least if I'm going to work, but I still wanted to say it, so there!

Hi ya'll....sorry I missed coffee check yesterday... My oldest dtr and her hubby moved back to Monterey yesterday morn....so it was joyful/heartfelt goodbyes....lots of tears.
Then I had to go to work?!
Hahhaaa
First time Ive worked in 2 yrs...! OMG!
It was fun, but boring....the Halloween store is still kinda on the slow side... 2 weeks from now Ill be appreciating them slow days!
And this yr corporate is running it, not the private franchisee... so more "rules" I do so work better with guidelines! heheheee
So It one of those, "wear your costume, but incorporate their apron into it"...arhg.
I feel like I should bring extra clothes just in case its not corporate enough...blah.
I think their just jealous, cause our costumes are better then anything they sell.
EVERYBODY have a great HUMP day!
And yes...its fricken freezing outside this morning...old man winter nippin at my rock hard nipples!

I'm not getting the golfing image, GH. Photos may be required to explain this adventure that you are up to.
Okay kids, I'm sitting in the Woodstock New York library. I've just picked up my package of tickets for the films I will be writing about and interviewing directors and actors. So I'm writing a schedule up for the next five days before I head into the opening film: Woodstock Now and Then, directed by Barbara Kopple.
I'm writing for Huffington Post and will also put some on my home blog. Here's a link to an opener: http://seeingredinthesouthwest.blogspot.com/
Once I get a link for the HuffPo coverage, I'll post here. If I'm not here tipping a drink with you, it's 'cause I'm going mad chasing people around Woodstock to get the interview or get to the next film.
If I get a chance I'll check in here but this film festival could alter my future so I'm giving it all I got.
Keep an eye on that crazy goat for me, I worry about him!
