This whole thing of 90% of your lifetime healthcare costs coming in the last six months of life? No, I don't see funding that. Or rather, if most people chose to die with dignity, then we can afford a few neurotics who want to be hooked up to machines and feeding tubes and respirators. I know, death panels.
I won't even get into the implied argument about illegal aliens.
