how about a playamosa...
champagne / vodka / red bull / playa dust around rim of glass.
we'll make you anything you want anti-m..
aydin and i actually found the home for wayward art when we were traversing the city looking for deb.
it was near evolution, or extinction around 5 oclockish....
we screamed but no one was home, or they were hiding.
look forward to finally meeting you this year.

I probably was out and about, but we camp directly behind the Home, just walk around the side ad duck your head into the shade area. Did you find art to adopt, or was I empty for the day? We had spectacular results this year. Being in Hushville makes us remarkably easy to find.
I thought about heading to RS to sat howdy, but got distracted.

Champagne has its place.....turn your flute upside down (not losing you am I ? ) gentle drop a tipple of Tattinger in to base of glass. Fill nose with Columbia's finest commodity and wash back with the 'Tat'. TVR will then soothe your numb face. Repeat as needed!

I've always been partial to the Russian Constructivism movement.
Tatlin's Model for the 3rd International Tower comes to mind as it conceptually incorporates (and includes) many of the ideas of the Metropolis.
It'd be cool to incorporate a scale model of it somewhere on the playa next year. Certainly it's burn worthy.

Tatlin's Constructivist tower was to be built from industrial materials: iron, glass and steel. In materials, shape, and function, it was envisaged as a towering symbol of modernity. It would have dwarfed the Eiffel Tower in Paris. The tower's main form was a twin helix which spiraled up to 400 m in height, which visitors would be transported around with the aid of various mechanical devices. The main framework would contain four large suspended geometric structures. These structures would rotate at different rates of speed. At the base of the structure was a cube which was designed as a venue for lectures, conferences and legislative meetings, and this would complete a rotation in the span of one year. Above the cube would be a smaller pyramid housing executive activities and completing a rotation once a month. Further up would be a cylinder, which was to house an information centre, issuing news bulletins and manifestos via telegraph, radio and loudspeaker, and would complete a rotation once a day. At the top, there would be a hemisphere for radio equipment. There were also plans to install a gigantic open-air screen on the cylinder, and a further projector which would be able to cast messages across the clouds on any overcast day.

very babel like........i like. ..i have been discussing this with some of the group as far as utilizing the heavy equipment (scissor lift and sky-jack) as Art Pieces / Vehicles / Installations...
they're tall, cool, and they move.
a little bit of this, a little bit of that, some blinky blinky, a touch here a nip there....
voila...ART.....big art...
we already have an idea for the scissor lift, but the sky jack might be appropriate..
pm me and we'll schmooze about art stuff.
