Yes, an appraiser may be the right person to talk to. Agents just want you to sell or buy 'cause they make money on any transaction.
I think I best sleep on it now and see what the morning brings. Hopefully ygmir has a good pot of coffee on to wake me up and get busy with what has to be done.
g'night gyre, I appreciate you keeping me company through these mental hijinks.

(What do they call those religious zealots who carry crosses and stuff?...........)

was trying to think of the word you meant, ygmir. Is it acolytes?
Anyway, when I said crazy, I was referring to the nutcase in Cleveland who stands at the streetcorner with a great big cross admonishing all who see him that the end is nigh upon us.
I'm a lay reader in my church but I don't go for the over-the-top shenanigans of the fundies. Mostly just interested in making sure that the ones at the bottom rung have got food and shelter.

TGIF!
It's been a good week for me. I met my rehab counselor yesterday. I'll be getting about 60 bucks for gas for my job search and my classes starting Nov.2nd. I'll be taking a week long class on job hunting, dress for success, interveiw skills, etc...
I started my Paxil med the day I got home from the desert. I didn't want to start a new med out there. A month and a half on the seratonine reuptake inhibitor. I'm sleeping better and have more energy. Paxil is not as strong as the Zoloft I used to be on. It's less expensive too. Only 9 bucks instead of 30 at wal-mart. I see my med counselor the 30th at the mental health facility, I've been getting my interim prescription from the county heath department.
I got a large tv from a craiglister this week, and I have been watching all my cd's and vhs tapes on a couple of new players I got at a yardsale. I haven't been online much this week.
I got a inch and a half of rain this week, lawn looks good; I mowed the day before the rain. Playa got washed off my Geo.
Garden done this year, I ate my tomatos. After I pay $500 property tax, I have $282 left for Nov and Dec to live on. I hope I get a job in November,I need it. I might have to sell my old trailer or RV. I sold my Harley back in April to pay off my credit card debt. I'm luckier than a lot of folks here, I own my own house. I still get foodstamp money on my EBT card, and I have MediCal health insurance approved thru January when I have to apply for renewal( every 6 months.) The insurance was backdated to August approval date so that $537 mental health evalution bill was forgiven.
So, all my bills have been paid and I have a 2 month buffer with enough cash to meet the new year. And I have no debt...
Here's to a beer budget and the taste to enjoy it!
