ygmir; you didn't warn me that he was taking names. Shucks, now I'm going to get coal in stocking again. Darn it all, I try so hard all year to be good and screw it all up at the last minute.

Luckily, he ran out of ink and is having to dig for alternate pigment.

Deb - you nailed it, the Posci wasnt a very flattering article about our team. But it is what it is. So its absolutely frigid on the playa - in the mid 40s I would have to guess. Rest of the team will be here tomorrow.

And the brits car doesnt even exist yet, it exists only as drawings on paper, You wont see them on playa for a few years.

If your in the reno area come on up if you wnat to play. This team is very approachable, and wactching a 42000HP car is awesome if you are a race enthusiast.

Now stop posting on my thread all of you...

mdmf007; I met Andy Green and the Brit team at Bev's in April. He said they were aiming to finish building for next spring. However that may have been a pipe dream and there was alcohol involved.

Give Bev a hug for me if you're going into town.

Have fun despite the cold.

FART

Oh, excuse me. Sorry. I read that wrong. Thought this was the "Stop farting so much" thread. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

If the weather holds, yes. The second the playa gets wet, we have to haul balls. The tractors will sink into the playa, and the jet car weighs 16k on 4 aluminum wheels that are only 5 inches wide. It would sink right into the playa.
