IMHO, it's not........

it's his secret, "submissive" obsession.....to tell someone not to do something, and, have them "thumb their nose" (hahha, a pun) at him and do it anyway.......

I bet, every time someone post he, uh, well.........well, he's got a free hand.......

It's probably some psychological "inverse" to his super good and dominant self, saving lives and doing good in the world........

We're just helping him maintain balance.......
