I can answer the RebA! and Mayfield questions. RebA! quit going to TTITD in 2008 and is living peacefully in Seattle. Mayfield is still living in Gerlach but will be moving his family shortly to Eugene, Oregon. Better schools, more culture, better weather, fewer hippies.

You missed that one.. Eugene Oregon is the hippie center of the world.. Beads, flowers and rags unto the third generation.. there parents are still living in packs in the hills around the city.. They come out once a year to sell shit at the Oregon Country Fair..
