Hello and great morning!

We had fresh leftover day...(which I think I will start as a new tradition).
When joining another household for the actual Turkey Din Din, you end up not having left overs. So I knew that we needed them, we invited people we didnt get to share the real holiday with, the only thing mandatory was comfy non-dressy clothes, and the ability to be flexible on when dinner was actually happening. I was only off by 1 hour!

Yes, because 2 ovens is on my wish list!!!

Our kitchen renovation is in a far off land as of now.
This spring I am hoping to break ground on at least a "outdoor room" just off the kitchen, I will be able to move in some cabinetry so the stuffed feel of the galley kitchen we have now will be alleviated.
Plus it will give us a "dinning room", which we definitely dont have at this point.
The previous owners goofed up the Kitchen remodel after a flood...and well they forgot to leave room for the refrigerator...so it stands in the area, the small home builder pictured as a dinning nook...hahaha ya, he was funny! not!

And I want the total industrial kitchen when it does happen.

stove...similar to this guy!

ygmir hasn't been around to get the fire and coffee going in the simulated campground?
Let's pretend I went fishing this morning and we have fresh bacon wrapped trout to go with our coffee.

business or pleasure yg?

a drive like that I guess it really doesn't matter, they both wear you out.

grabbing a quick cup of coffee before turning over the comptor to the FNG, AKA Josh.

Pinegranny; your photo of the stove reminded me of the one I have put in the dining car kitchen on the train. The cost was $2450 CDN so you'll have to start saving your pennies. But I can tell you it is a wonderful tool. I've cooked up for over 400 people on that stove.

Mine was brand new but I've discovered very good bargains of these type of working stoves at restaurant auctions so keep your eyes open. They are built to last so a second hand one is not a poor choice.

He might just disagree with you.

Sent him home bloody from work this morning.
Not my fault though, he seems to be a little accident prone.

not sure that it's Doc's birthday, but, as you say, "happy un-birthday" anyway......

should we post all the naked "riding the Llama lover" pics of him from "beast-fest '09" ?
