I'd say it'd depend on the demographics of the audience:
hippies or satanists?

then again, Mick and Keith back then, IMHO, were much tougher than Paul and John.....the other were a draw.
so, it may also depend on weapons choice.

after all: God, created man, Samuel Colt, made us all equal.......

The Kinks and the Animals both did it before the Stones, and better too.

I know. It's just that I was sitting at the computer last night, listening to music and drinking, and I realized that I don't know which one I prefer. I started thinking of my favorite songs by the aforementioned artists and I still had no answer. I think it depends on one's mood. I was browsing ePlaya at the same time, as I often do, which led me to wonder which of two is most preferred by you all. So I posted the age old question.

The bigger question is which band requires more Geritol and /or embalming fluid to complete the said showdown.

Zep trumps them both, even combined, in my book, and , fuck your book.

There are more things in heaven and earth than are dreamt in your philosophy.
Because your philosophy sucks.
“We cross our bridges when we come to them and burn them behind us, with nothing to show for our progress except a memory of the smell of smoke, and a presumption that once our eyes watered.”

And I am suprised you can even spell philosophy.

I could imagine the Rolling Stones owning guns, so my bets on them. Too bad their music sucks. The Toy Dolls would wipe them, both, off the map.
