I'm sad about the mom who disappeared and the husband said gosh, I took the boys camping, I don't know why she disappeared. The boys are toddlers and the weather is below freezing... and they left after nine at night? On Monday and he mistook it for Sunday??? Can we say this doesn't fucking add up?

I have a little thing called a "Hi-Dow" (sorry I don't know the real name) that has little sticky pads and sends micro-shocks through the muscle. They used one during my PT, and I liked the results so well I got one for myself. I don't know if it would help you, but it couldn't hurt to research the device.

Have you fucking tried fucking yoga? Not that fucking bikram crap, but something fucking gentle that helps you fucking get into a more fucking natural alignment. I'm sure there are fucking other body practitioners that fucking can do it, too, but yoga's what I'm fucking familiar with.

Well, if it's any fucking comfort, we had a case here where the ex-husband killed the wife and said she'd gone back to fucking Russia. my back and neck were a fucking mess until i learned how to straighten meself out ... and these were the guys who helped me. hatha yoga method developed by a fucking physical therapist.... my classes were full of people with fucking sciatica and fucking injuries of every kind ... now when my back gets fucking sore, i can get rid of it .....

Fuckin' A. Saw my BP doc Monday. My weight was 310. He put me on Nifedipine 60 mg. My old pills ran out last Thursday. New pill stuck in my throat after dinner. I could breathe but not swallow. Every couple of hours I took a small amount of water to wash out my mouth and try to swallow. (I fasted on Tuesday.) Finally, pill dissolved enough for me to swallow this morning. Boy, those sausages and hashbrowns were good!


I was able to swallow a pill after lunch (chips and dip) today. An hour later, headache. Two hours later, squirts. My old med had my BP down to 150/104. This new med is stronger. Good thing its on my CMPS list and its free to me. I go back Friday to get my BP checked and get a free H1N1 shot. There is a community lunch also friday noon, par-tay...

A lot of hypertensives, like me, get kidney or pancrease failure. I don't want diabetes or dialysis, so I'll deal with the headaches and ... squirts. Doc said my ankles might swell because he stopped the diuretic. Now if only I could find a part-time job that pays $150 / month.

Or even spacing out the medication?
Almost every prescription turns out to be too strong for me.
You almost always have to be tested on the lower dosage, but it can be well worth it.
That has eliminated many side effects for me.

Get a good pill splitter and you can split anything eight ways.
The trick is to cut it like a piece of glass, just notching it.

My first speeding ticket ever. I'm not a speeder. Now that I know they cost that much, I am going to be hella fucking more careful. I paid for the option to do traffic school, and there are lots of them available as online courses. so fucking whatever.

I drive that section of road with some regularity..... FI-80,below Colfax.
they have "speed traps" there quite often.......I'll be going along around 70 mph and people blow by me.......the want to drive fast, and, the two lanes all the way down seems to frustrate them......
Often, they're using radar, or, a plane, and, have about a dozen CHP ready and waiting.......
