Holy freekin' shit! I just found out my nephew's stepmom (actually now ex-stepmom, legally) is a burner that builds art cars and does the same thing for a living as me too. I'm in Seattle and she's in Alabama so our paths just never crossed. But holy freekin' shit!

The pain in my back is finally subsiding after a week. It's amazing how much energy it sapped out of me.

good for you, Z..........I know from whence you speak......

herniated l5/s1, crushed l4-5, s1/c.
it got as far as losing feeling in my right leg..........which, comes after the pain is unbearable..........at least to me........
it took a long time to stabilize, but, through exercise and clean living (grin), it does get better........learning posture and stuff...........realizing your human.
I swear by Chondroiten/Glucosamine, daily........when I miss, it comes back........

It's been 15 years since my injury, and, it's all pretty good now........

so, remember, there is hope.

My injury was muscular in nature, but the sciatica it caused was so bad I was throwing up this time.

I'm now a believer in acupuncture.

No joke. Not the pain that you are talking of specifically, but pain generally. You have to spend that certain amount of your nuerons that could be otherwise occupied just keeping track of the fact you have pain. And I get really grumpy.

Hmmm, I hope that boy has practiced as much with his tongue as he has with his eyebrows and ears.

Otherwise all his pre-adolescence has been in vain!

Sure waves the pretty young girls over with them Eyebrows...now how ya gonna entertain them?

Starting to finally feel better , with the exception of "morning get rid of it ritual".

Hopefully OEDick will come over and beat on me to finish the job!

Going to finally go get our Xmas tree today! Baby's first christmas.......
