Wow. I never thought of putting Santa on a sacred cow before, but now it seems obvious and natural. And that is the nature of the genius of that clip.

Just saw AVATAR last night - WOW - had 3D dreams all night.

Best movie since the first Star Wars with some Dune & Apocalypse Now thrown in from genius Canadian James Cameron:

Waterloo Sunset

Dirty old river, must you keep rolling
Flowing into the night
People so busy, makes me feel dizzy
Taxi light shines so bright
But I don't need no friends
As long as I gaze on Waterloo sunset
I am in paradise

Every day I look at the world from my window
But chilly, chilly is the evening time
Waterloo sunset's fine

Terry meets Julie, Waterloo Station
Every Friday night
But I am so lazy, don't want to wander
I stay at home at night
But I don't feel afraid
As long as I gaze on Waterloo sunset
I am in paradise

Every day I look at the world from my window
But chilly, chilly is the evening time
Waterloo sunset's fine

Millions of people swarming like flies 'round Waterloo underground
But Terry and Julie cross over the river
Where they feel safe and sound
And they don't need no friends
As long as they gaze on Waterloo sunset
They are in paradise

Waterloo sunset's fine

Speaking of Rammstein, if anyone finds the video with "Sonne" and the rc plane crashes, please post it here. I love that one, and it's somewhere on youtube...

Yes! Yes! Yes! *does the happy Fishy dance*

The original video is better, but the creepy, doomy music really goes with those crashes really well, like some implacable law of pain, violence and disaster.

ETA: anyway, Lonestoner, you've made me very happy. Although not as happy as finding out that the parking ticket that I was sure I hadn't paid and that had gone up to $141.00 was somehow miraculously paid! It's a Christmas Miracle!
