You could use that stuff they put on the goat in Norway? to keep it from being burned. (The goat burned anyway)

Impregnated boric acid works.
We had a guy carry off tons of scrap fireproof wood, for his heater.
He laughed when we told him it was fireproof.

We could ask Pinemom to do the alterations. She's an expert at costumes.

Good morning! Coffee smells good. I like the cooking arrangement in the fireplace, steak looks great. Per pinemom, the tailight screw of a VW has many uses, perhaps some other parts can be used as sewing implements. I am still waiting for the french maid stone cutter ensemble. *picks up napkin, polishes spoon*

Reminds me of the dinosaurs series.
Often in the background, you could hear the news guy reporting ..."as for weather on the supercontinent, it's going to get colder and colder and colder..."
The last episode they were all peering outside as the snow continued to pile up.

Three people froze to death here already.
It's supposed to get down to 6 here.

Spoke to a guy at Eielson Air Force Base in Alaska yesterday and he said it was 30 below that night, but had warmed up to 10 below by noon. BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!

Really need that hot coffee now!

Someone called "Coffee". Oh Yeah - it was my wife from the other room. Morning all - heading toward the coffee.

They are saying coldest winter in 25 years.
I don't know if that's here or most of the country.
I can't remember the last time it was this cold here.

I'm wondering where my parka is now.
I picked up a military surplus fleece the other day and that's the only thing keeping me warm enough now.
I'm glad to say they work.
Nice design too.

Local shop has a few left in medium at a good price, if anyone needs one.
And malden polartec pants with suspenders, short legs, all sizes.

Yes, it drains your battery, but it only costs $0.99 and it's warm.
