Greetings allI

Post by Edana » Sun Jan 17, 2010 10:27 pm

Hi everyone

This will be my first year at BM. Yep, another newbie. But rest assured I've been planning this for about 5 years, and have read everything on this site at least twice. I'm a veteran festival go-er just haven't made it out to the Playa yet. I've been to our regional burn too.

I am originally from South Africa, but have been living in Colorado for 10 yrs now.

I'm female, a fire spinner, married (but open), and a freak at heart.

This year I'll be there with my husband and kids and we're going with some close friends who are experienced burners and their kids . We plan to camp in Kidsville. Yeah, I know all about the whole controversy about having kids on the Playa, but we've made the decision to bring them. They've both been going to festivals since they were in utero.

So, that's a about it I guess. Nice to meet you all

(Edited to fix typos)

Hey there, welcome to eplaya!

When I was a kid I used to pray every night for a new bicycle.
Then I realized that the Lord doesn't work that way so I stole one and asked Him to forgive me

Welcome to Eplaya!
Big difference to the real playa.....

Yes, we have information......

No, everyone is not always roses and honey.
This is the closet we all run too when defaultia gets on our nerve. And sometimes it gets snarky, pay no mind. We LIVE HERE!

So if you wanted milk in your cereal and got a box of 6 month old Rice milk, dont bitch about it... J/K and not to be confused with J/kisha!

Other then that...
Yay! welcome to your new home away from home!
Namaste~
Names pinemom, but my friends call me "Piney".
