It wasn't a sticker but it was a great idea, Haiku worthy, so here's one for Goathead as well! "Fuck yer Day" in Russian, and perhaps "Safety Third" which is an OSHA no-no in English, in Japanese?

Thanks everyone for playing along! C.f.M. and Shambala, let me know if you'd like a t-shirt. I won't be able to mail them out for at least two weeks, I'm working twelve hour shifts seven days a week until then, but you will get them!

Ha ha! Thanks! I'm glad I was bored enough to click on this thread.

I'm not going to turn down anything (nice) sent to me in the mail! Though, nobody outside of eplaya, and the person who named me as such, knows me by C.F.M.

Insert obligatory maniacal laughter.

Procrastination is my middle name, so no guarantees on when you'll get your sticker, either :P .

That's my haiku? What's with the swastikas on it? Wait until you see the prime gifts and swag that's on its way to you. I think you need to take some time and work on a thoughtful and meaningful haiku that we can all be proud of---one that will bring a tear to my eye! :D

You can wait until you get the package in the mail to work on this project.

A tear to your eye eh? That's a tall order, but I'll give it a shot, I agree that I could have done better I'm just wore out lately. Give me a week or so to ponder and to message you with personal questions about your life (For how else can I really do the best possible job without knowing more about you?) and experiences and I'll not only come up with a Haiku to knock your socks off, I'll print it on a t-shirt and send it as part of a thank you care package for the one you apparently already sent to me! Which I'm totally stoked about now, I feel like a kid at Christmas, only I always hated Christmas so it's better than that, and my dad is sober.

Power plant indeed Goathead! Plant Scherer in the sleepy little town of Juliette, GA which is the home of the slightly famous WhistleStop Cafe (From the film Fried Green Tomatoes) and not much else. If I'm lucky I'll be there until April, six tens starting in two weeks or so.

At work, I'm reminded daily of the Playa, which is strange because the majority of the folks there would never consider going to that thing in the desert. There's the dust, ash instead of Playa but the color is very similar, the gay innuendo and good-natured sexual harrasment... The camaraderie and after hours drinking, roughnecks really have their own brand of "community." (Drink?)

Hardy har har! The word that F stands for is an appropiate response - well, if I add a "you." And knock off the last two letters. 8)

Yep, work and play hard, long hours, long weeks, nice when things are running right, seems like that is far and few between though.

Can't play as hard as I use to, but because I don't, am able to keep up with the kids half my age.

Do they have a bar like Joe's ?

Yes, only minus the great Jukebox. It's called Nashville Sounds and it's a tiny dive in High Falls. It's gotten a little rough for my tastes as of late, parking lot brawls are fun sometimes but I go to bars for the drinkin!

Man I love Joe's! Say hello to Alice and pin a buck to the ceiling next time your in there will ya? 8)
