Burning Man and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation

Hi, I'm new here, and just wanted to know:

did anyone hear about Burning Man off of the book The Killing Jar, a CSI: story? The victim was a burner, and then book then covers what Burning Man is...
When I read it, I thought it was fake :D
but then I read about it in an article about Adam Lambert...

OK you got us... it's all a big hoax.
You don't think that many people would go way out to the desert for a festival that requires everyone to enter nude, with pretty much no point to it at all do you?
