Kentucky burners (no, not that kind)
Kentucky burners (no, not that kind)
Howdy y'all! As many of you know, I'm in Phlor-i-duh, but I hail from the great commonwealth of Kentucky. I'm trying to figger out how many burners there are in The Bluegrass State, especially since there weren't many the last couple of times I lived there.
I'm wondering if we might be able to organize an event there. (I have access to some land in the mountains, so mayhap we could pull something off.)
Word.

KY Burners in Chi-Town
My wife and I will be going for the first time in 2004. We are currently living in Chicago, but still have a home in Louisville, and visit freqently. We would be up for some type of weekend event or gatherings.

Welcome to Kentuuucky.
Hey man, I'm currently staying at EKU with my girlfriend, though not attending , and have yet to attend a burn, but am hopefull for the 2004 event. Though my girlfriend is skeptical, I plan on changing her mind over the next 6 months. But anyway, You mentioned something about perhaps starting an event here in 'dee blugrass state? Anyway, I wanted to let you know that there is hope lol.
Why is everyone watching me with that sadistic smile? *Peers suspiciously at DE FACTO*

I went to BM2003 and have my tickets to 2004. I'd be interested in an event in the KY area,,,,,,I'd also be interested in chipping in with some people on renting some transportation for the trip out 2004 or organizing a caravan.. I live in central KY and I'm going this year with my GF,,,,,,,,,,,,,................
yes.. and I believe it WAS in May of 2008 that my children instructed me "blah blah blah" gets people's attention that a post is dead, even one that you possibly don't like to dead. They have since matured in their infinite teenage wisdom and now inform me it is rude to "blah blah blah" any post at any time.
So I try not to "blah blah blah" anymore... however... etiquette aside, some people still deserve it. "Blah!"

The OP is Joe? I know Joe! ...and Chad!
It's so cute; these folks were already burners and in Kentucky when I met them. Karine is right, it is like finding someone's baby pictures.
