those camel spiders live in nevada & arazona & Iraq.

Didn't know they bit though. It's the tiny spiders that I worry most about.

I saw a dragonfly on the playa last year. And, yes Pinemom, it probably flew over from Frog Pond.

Those spiders can actually live on the underside of the porta-potties... just what I heard anyway.

I appologize, Phil. I went by the copyright date on the photo, which I interpreted as meaning that the photo was taken in 2000. Thanks for clearing that up.

camel spiders (those things in Iraq) are grossly exaggerated from what I hear.

Also, spiders aren't a problem if you are smart. Also, I hear bugs dislike peppermint soap? Maybe that's just ticks.
