Denver Burners, Theme Camp Oppurtunity

New theme camp, "Camp Drauganaut," looking for earthlings and resident aliens for inclusion into a new theme camp from the metro Denver area. The theme camp is named after our mobile art/mutant vehicle/spacecraft, "The Drauganaut", a spacecraft coming to the playa this year powered by a full size jet engine complete with flame effects and an interactive synthesizer sound system onboard so that others may try their hand at making "space music" and/or "space sounds." Membership is open to anyone willing to participate in some way in getting this theme camp successfully to the playa with flair and interesting involvement for all Burners at the 2004 event. Please email if interested, don't be shy because you have never done this before, we haven't either so there is lots of room for being creative as there is no specific and rigid form to this camp yet. If you have experience with theme camps, we would sure like your input on doing this right the first time, not perfect, just a cohesive camp.

Went to BM last year....going again and wanted to meet up with some people from the area and participate a little more. Your camp sounds interesting and would love to help build/raise funds via precompression parties, etc. Just moved back into Denver area and also looking to meet some BM friendly people.

Drop me a line and let me know. There is also a chance that I may be able to haul some stuff to the event and working on the use of a big truck now for that purpose.
