hot damn! playa gods are smilin down on me! Just got a free roundtrip ticket to Reno in Aug just for opening a stupid credit card (that i will promptly close when rewarded).. and yes i did all the research and asked all the questions. it really is free :p just saved me 400 bones. now to spend that money on more "exciting" playa amenities :lol:

Don't close the card. Pay it off, and unless there are fees to keep it, let it sit idle. Won't affect your credit rating.

it will actually help your credit, as your a FICO component is based on available credit and percentage used. More credit unused but available = a higher score.
