Hello! Newbie from NYC!

Post by jennajennalk » Mon Feb 15, 2010 3:29 pm

Hello everyone! My name is Jenna and I am a newbie headed for Burning Man this summer. All the general newbie info: I love music, I love meeting people, and I'm insanely excited about going. And I can't wait!

I'm located in Paris til March but I'll be back in New York and I would love to meet any fellow newbies or other burners in the NYC area. I got on the New York burners list and the volunteer list which seems like a good start and I've been reading everything I can find online. I don't have much of a plan because I don't know anyone going this year I can camp with. I am free to work/volunteer beginning in April so if anyone needs help in preparing, please let me know. :D

See you all in the summer.

When I was a kid I used to pray every night for a new bicycle.
Then I realized that the Lord doesn't work that way so I stole one and asked Him to forgive me

Well for starters my name is Chris. I'm in the NYC area. like a 15 minute drive. I REALLY want to go to burning man this year, but since I'm a complete nub I'm not so sure what to do.

Jenna welcome! If you need a 2nd to follow u into the desert sun I'm all yours.

Note: next time you might want to use the private message system, rather than leave your naked email addy at the mercy of those spambots.

Thanks, theCryptofishist, I`ll remember for next time. But I am usually on full spambot patrol so I don`t think they`ll infiltrate my email.
