Hey, I'm Chris. I am a virgin burner and would love to join the burning family. I'm a night shift personnel at a residential building somewhere in the downtown area of NYC. I love this shift and the job is super easy. I'm rediculously friendly and easy going...laidback so to speak.
I've been wanting to go to the bmf for two years now and I'm hot to go this year. Only problema is that I'd rather not go alone. Any up coming events I should know about?
I don't mind helping anyone on a project. I'd actually perfer helping out ppl in my area. Give me a Rawr if you want to get in touch...or something.

Hi Chris and Welcome! There are swarms (or are they gaggles?) of New Yorkers heading to the Black Rock Desert this summer. I'm sure you will find some local groups there and meet up with others heading west. I'm thinking that with so many coming from that direction, maybe the organizers could find a spot in Manhattan to hold an east coast version. If you happen to spot a 7 square mile, unused, level, cleared area there, please let us know. A little dust is no problem!
