Here is your chance to learn the art of poi for Burning man!! Workshop will be held in SACRAMENTO CA Sat. 6/5/04 9am to noon and Sun. 6/6/04 6pm to 9pm at Gallery Horse Cow 1409 Del Paso Blvd. A fee of $15 will cover lessons come for one or both days and a FREE set of practice poi for you to keep! For more info or to pre-register (recommended) walk-ins welcomed but spaces are limited call Alex 916-804-6426 or Fawn 916-801-0961. Proceeds benefit Burning man Art project. Donations welcomed. This is a great opportunity to learn poi for burning man and to support a wonderful art project at the same time!

Actuallt hawaiians do eat poi but the is something different, it is kevlar wicking on a chain (ball and flame) and you do different tricks if you will with the fire once you get good and practice poi. check out www.homeofpoi.com!
