Am I missing a clue? (Typically the answer is yes, I already know)

I downloaded the PDF for an Art piece I plan on doing. This is my first year working on a piece like this. I cannot figure how to edit the application... or am I supposed to transpose these to a new document?

Please help... Toaster

Well, if they are consistent between forms, then perhaps it's the same as my handicapped vehicle form.

The forms were opened up on the 15th ... and need to be sent in digitally by July. I want to get mine in and stuff... but am confoooosed on this form. I cannot seem to find a way to add my answers even using Adobe Professional... clue???

Maybe print the form, fill it out with a pen and then mail or fax it?

i know... but they asked not to do that. they want soft copies of the apps... I'll figure out something.

I got it figured out and in... with the help of ya'll. So I send out my thanks.

My project is slowly starting to take shape.

I did submit my sketches and form a while back, more than 2 months ago) and no reply for Burning Man yet. I am told they are backed up...

I am doing an homage to 2001 and 2010 films with notes to Arthur C. Clark.

I am running a fund raiser in a couple weeks so I can get all the pieces assembled.

Need unistrut and large sheets of smoked plexiglass that can be etched... anyone? Idears?
