Ooh, thanks, Dougly! :D

I can't imagine camping without bacon, either. Bacon is one of the true joys of life. Crispy, greasy, salty...mmmm.

You still have to give props to Anheiser Busch for the audacity of their mobile plumbing that fills the barrels in the wagon from the piss of the Clydesdales while they are pulling it.

Does anyone one know why a germanesque company is promoting itself with scottish horses anyway?

I'm a vegetarian, and I'm trying to get the whole bacon joke thing with burning man..

Can someone explain the actual story behind the bacon-ness?
Or is it just plain and simple-that bacon's awesome?

Part of the PBR thing is also that the DPW drinks copious amounts of it, so it really is the beer that builds Black Rock City. I suspect this is due to several things, one of which is the price, but I think the other is that it’s about the only beer available in Gerlach in large quantity.

I don’t drink PBR regularly in Defaultia. It begins to taste funky to me after a couple. In the desert, however, it takes on a different, almsot magical quality. Must be the dust interacting with it or something.

Hello, and welcome home!

The Playa needs a simple, safe, "foolproof", cheap (so many can be built) device that will allow wheelchairs (and their occupants of course) to enter mutant vehicles.

An adjustable ramp, or lift, or something.

Design this and earn the accolades of an entire city.

You'll find plenty of people are trying to do things on the playa that need solving.

What kind of designer are you?
