sorry crypto. I don't know what came over me. I think it was the thought of being on the stage with all those lovely burner gals and not being able to escape, and then having simon telling me to get the fuck off his stage of vaginas. Well...as much as I hate saying this...firearms are banned from BM. From personal experience...as a gun nut...they have no purpouse out on the playa. Go to off season events if you want to make your dick look bigger. My teeth hurt just thinking about my AK going off, in front of my face.

Thanks for the info TS. Very much aware of that. Never entered my mind to take a gun there. I doubt gyre thought about it either. I'd hate to get caught with one out there. It would be kind of hard to conceal one when, HEY, I might not be wearing anything.

I"ve had good luck, matching the feed ramp to the magazine in Rugers, and, "throating" them, and, polishing said throat. Really makes them less jam prone. Each also seems to have ammo it prefers........

If you're concerned about jams, go with the powerball.
Loads slicker than a solid point.

Just try to get one to jam, no matter what you do.

I've never had an issue with a P11 or P380 jamming with self defense ammo.
Limp wristing can cause a jam.
Weak practice ammo can be an issue.
You should be practiced at clearing a gun quickly, regardless.

All Keltecs are supposed to be broken in before using for defense.
And the feed ramp should be polished after break-in.

There is a reason you can't find 380s.
Everybody wants one.
Did I mention 8 ounces?
I'm sure I could conceal it while naked.
I was backordered for months and bought one as it came off a truck in a local store.
I could easily sell it for what I paid... in about an hour.
Available with Armalaser too.
Nothing wrong with a revolver though.

I'm more of a rifle person...you're right! They are hard to conceal. Especially with a 75 round drum magazine. Not surprised that a post, regarding a physical assault, turned to a gun forum. The Amerikan way! I'm very much pro-gun. I worry, that some people are a little too pro-gun.

gentlemen, lets not get TOO violent on the eplaya, as mentioned above the BLM and BMorg specifically does not allow firearms on the real playa during the event.

i know this all too well.

can we back away from the ultra violence, and concern ourselves more with the potential for assault and battery that may occur during the festival, and the unwanted groping that happens in crowded venues.

i agree by thurs. the frat squads have arrived both girls and guys. very annoying, I have found that the best way to avoid said people is to explore early in the week and find those hidden gems, IE places that are out of the way with good peeps and stick to those places later in the week! I do go to the big dance spots later in the week as that is usually when the best dj's play, but even that is getting a bit much for me and i usually end up at that one small bar/dance place and boogie my ass off there with my friends. i must say this again, Pink Mammoth is the best day time dance place on the playa, and doesn't get overrun by nasties later in the week. groping and rude assholes would be dealt with quickly if they do appear! Red light district rules!

Oh I wish there was a way to limit said yahoos or frat boy mentality like people from showing up. I feel like these rotten eggs take up 5% of total participants. I wish they'd get a clue and realize that the rest of us just don't want them there. It's too bad there's no way to limit just weekend entry unless tickets were bought way in advance.
