1st BM for a happy DJ from Dublin, Ireland
Hello everyone!
I am very excited about my first trip to the burning man festival. Myself and my girlfriend are starting a year of travelling off at BM. After BM we fly to Cancun, from there we are moving overland through Central and South America all the way down to Buenos Aries. Good times!
Back home in Ireland i run my own electronic music club night and also DJ too. I would love to bring some of my Irish tunes to BM and to anywhere during my travels so if anyone can point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated. Last year i did a tour through Africa and played my music to people in 4 countries and at the Lake of stars festival in Malawi. It was an amazing experience.
Happy to be a part of this forum and look forward to getting in contact with new people from all over.
Big love & respect to the BM crew from Dublin, Ireland

Welcome eHome. Quite an adventure ahead of you!
You have of course, been reading all the survival guide and the newcomer information, yes? Any questions have likely already been answered somewhere on this board, do browse around!
I see you found the artists/stages thread, so that's a good start. Also look up the big theme camps from last year, listed on the main site, and make contact with the big sound camps, see if they are interested. Some will be, some won't. There are an abundance of DJs, so some folks won't take you seriously. That's not a personal slight, just one of the quirks.
Not all burners read eplaya, gasp!

NEWS flash my fellow Eplayains.....
The WORD "CUNT" Is actually some strange word of endearment to the Aussies and Kiwi's.
They have no idea that the silly Amer'cans hold that word in the high "offense"catagory.....
So lets get the learning curve, so they dont get pulled over in Gerlach and call the cop, a good ol' CUNT!
