Don't ask questions that are too open ended.

I'm from Georgia too, was hoping for 2010, but 2011 seems more realistic.

Just start reading posts, tons of info on here!

Here's some advice: get your face out of the computer and into Atlanta, which has a rather large burner scene, from clowns to pyros to art cars to scientists to hackers to all the rest of us.

I am planning on making it out to Black Rock for the first time this year. Did you make the Chow and Chat recently at CoLab?

I am planning to drive out if you want to consider splitting gas and driving time!

I'm from ATL, too. And this is my first time. I HIGHLY recommend getting on the colaboratory page if you have facebook, and if you do not, I wouldn't mind pming you events as they come up, on here.

I've got nearly the whole thing planned out with my pals, so if you have any questions, feel free to message me!

I'm driving out, too, though no room in the tiny car. Perhaps we can work on a wagon train!

Do your budget.

Then double it.

You may still be under.

I bleed money every year, but I love it!!!

Where else in the world would a person take a raspberry snow cone from a 6'4" naked guy with a purple mohawk!!

Several others are flying together, then renting a car together.

Leaving for Colab tomorrow after work...

Archeolojust,

Game on! I would love to follow you and your mates out! Are you going to be at the Colab Prom this weekend?

Look for me if you do! I will have cobalt blue hair and hopefully a matching blue tie!

I may be there. I'm torn between it and another event that most of my friends are going to. But I'll look for you in the future! I have braces and brown hair.

Which one? Just bring them all over afterwards.

18+, $5 to get in, $10 if you want all-you-can-drink bar (four taps inc. a cider, likker and wine).

Colab events tend to run pretty late...I went to bed EARLY last time...at 3 a.m.
