Cold wet and dreary'ily windy!

I tell ya, the cold weather I can handle its that blasted wind that just gets me!

I just got the invite to this years "Masquerade Ball Labyrinth of Jareth", I sooo want to go to this !!!!
But its down in LA...long ass drive...and oh the costumes!!! Oh I would have to out do all my previous works...

There is something to be said about building costumes for the playa.
There are no standards...But a Fancy mythological ball...that is quite a different story!

Sunny and mild here with more rain in the forecast. The coffe looks good, I'll pour me a cup and then off to work.

Get to see two of my daughters this afternoon and that is always a treat. My youngest is bring my 4 year old grandson so I get to play with him a bit as well. Nice way to spend the afternoon.

Well, as tired as I am...turns out the granbaby is staying home w/ her momma, they both got the "head cold"....say la ve...dern it was looking forward to her visit...Oh well, today...Couch Lock, till 3pm...yes, im goinmg to enjoy...NOTHHING today! oh yeah....cold and ikky, wonder what good old movies are on teh Boob tube?

Got Bacon going in the pan....sitting in nice warm jammies...all is well in the world!

it was freezing cold here yesterday, too! not cold enough to snow, but still ... i had to make some hot soup for lunch to warm meself up!!!!

here's an extra dry martini for all those waterlogged easterners ......... i hope you are all OK .......

Don't know about the stiffner, but the grub looks good and the coffee is hot, so here I am.

I too found this week to fly by. Piney, get used to it. The days and weeks go faster as you get older. It gets us back home to BRC sooner, but makes it all the more important that we savor every day.

Come on, let's take a break and all join YG in the NEB
