you need to find a good 55gal barrel and bring in gas like Crash does...
5 gal containers just don't cut it, too much bulk to haul...
Hottie will have my 2 barrels for water...

Funny you should mention that JR. Just discussed that last week with Frank and it will be added to our Wish List on our next newsletter. So Hottie will have the shower water containers? Just how does she intend on getting them out to the desert if she's flying into Sactown?

It was not my finest hour running the Boston Marathon. Sure, I completed most of it, but with a badly strained (possibly torn) hamstring, my training the final four weeks came to a crashing halt, as did I. Did manage to get through the lovely women at Wellesley College, got "flashed" twice and stole probably four or five kisses from the beautiful sirens.

But alas, it was not my day. But I have completed Boston twice and have run and finished a total of 26 marathons, so I have nothing to be ashamed of. As we marathon runners are wont to say: "Some days you get the bear, and some days the bear gets you."

Monday I was baked Boston bear food.

Hello All,

An interesting opportunity has arisen. We have 1st crack at an art car base that will fill the void between the truck and smaller individual vehicles with 1-2 carrying capacity. It is bigger. Seating for 6-8 people.
It is gas powered. 14HP.
It is designed as a industrial people carrier. Load capacity of 1,200 lbs.
In order to get it licensed at TTID it will have to become an art car. So, this is a call out to artists, craftsmen, mechanics, and anyone else that wants to contribute their efforts.

If there are 12 people who would contribute $100 we can buy it. If we get more donations we could do a knock out job of â€œartingâ€

All I need to say right now is that it looks like we have a bunch of really cool newbies (both to TTITD and veteran burners to our camp) and I think 2010 will be the best year since, well, 2003. Or 2005. Oh, and 2009 was pretty good as well. Oh shit, aren't they all?

It has been a hectic morning, but I am happy to report that CJ and I just submitted our application for our Mutant Vehicle, know affectionately at Barbie's Mobile Whorehouse. Should we get the BMOrg DMV approval, we hope to be tooling around the playa in comfort three months from today!

The drawing was called Lady Legs just becaus CJ had to label it something. The art vehicle is Barbie's Mobile Whorehouse (now with More Leg Room!). Same vehicle so don't worry, you're not going crazy. Now some of our campmates on the other hand...
