Morning GH. Thanks for taking over for YG. Not a morning without a coffee message from YG. He said he was busy, but to abandon his morning ritual like this is really irresponsible. Doesn't he know we all depend upon him? But hey, GH, your've done a great job this am and I'm sure we all forgive him.

Just miss the NEB darn it!

Beautiful sunny morning so all have a wonderful funn filled day!

are you playing tennis today, Marty?

I have to go work on my new rental house.......get it ready for tenants.........I hope.

Why is it hard to find tentants that seem pretty "ok"?..........seems, so far at least, most of the respondents, have some major issues, that, preclude me from considering wanting to rent.
I put "no pets" right there in the ad.........then, these people say they have 3 pit bulls, would I mind? "But, don't worry, we keep them chained all the time so they won't bother anyone"...........

egad.....

*the search continues...........*

sounds like they don't even consider their pit bulls pets, just fierce looking building adornments, chained to the house.

Yg is my dream landlord, with things all around to build, and projects to work on, and yardwork to help with. I'd ask if I could have a small place to grow tomatoes, and I'd bring tea towel covered dishes when I had "cooked too much"

and you, would be my dream tenant...........there's a great place for a garden, and, I have a nice rototiller..........or, can provide raised beds, since, I've an inside track on them (I'm a minor partner in a friends company that makes them).

fruit (apples and plumbs) trees, shade trees, roses..........dang, it's all there..........
haha, there's even little plaster/concrete bears and deer in the front yard.

all I need are decorative pitt bulls, and, it'll be complete.

Morning YG. Don't know about the tennis shoes being worn out, but my ass got a bit worn out. Played about 6 or 7 sets on a really beautiful weekend. Gotta get going up to Sacramento this morning. So a quick cup of joe and no NEB darn it.

Have a grand day. Hope you get a good tenant! Expect to see Piney sometime over next weekend in SF. That should be fun.

Rusty, Holly, Ben, Smoochy, Star, seems like I am forgetting one or two though.
No flat tires, broken chains, always started.
Been thrown a few times, always something stupid I did though.
Rolled on a few times, loved the desert sand, so much easier when a horse land on top of you.

*shuddering at some of those mental images*

So, why would a horse be landing on top of you, GH?...............

I take it you never had one stumble into a hole then.
Scares the hell out of the horse and rider.
Sometimes, kills them both.
Sand is very forgiving at times though.

well, no.
I've only ridden twice, that I can think of.
Both times many years ago, at the behest of a young maiden, and, then, only with the promise of sexual pleasures upon arrival at a secluded spot.

Although quite enthusiastic about the journey, my riding (equine) technique was crude. And, didn't involve any yodeling.........
