Maybe, but here, and I suspect in the recipe, it's always sorghum.
It has it's own distinct taste, and used to be widespread.

It's the only thing that makes a (breakfast) biscuit desirable to me.
They need it like a crumpet needs butter.

best way to avoid heat stroke is to do dunkaroo's all afternoon
