Spent the whole day saying..."Annie, Annie, are you OK." Arms and lips are sore - definitely need a drink or two. I'll take one of each :D

Resusci Annie is the nick name for the training mannequin that is used for teaching CPR. Today I recertified and the instructor didn't take any shortcuts.

Littleflower, I'm doing good. Spent most of the day in the yard working, also waterproofed my tent because I'm going camping next weekend (and canoeing).
It's going to be alright.

canoodling would be good, but it's a boy scout trip, so that's off the list for the weekend for sure.
It's going to be alright.

I'm terribly sorry. It was rude of me not to better explain. I keep forgetting that some things are not obvious to everyone.

That was one odd cartoon about Mole.

Misa, when I was in Prague, I saw a few posters or whatever with puppets, maybe, and old bald guy and a kid maybe? I htink it went back to communist times. do you know who they were and what the significance was?

Hi Fishy and Ygmir!

Puppets you refer to are real celebrities!!! Not only here, but worldwide.
It is father and son. Father is called Spejbl and son Hurvinek. They goes way further than communist era. Spejbl was born in 1920 and Hurvinek 1926 and people love them ever since. Hurvinek is kind of trouble maker, but cool kid (something like Bart Simpson:)).

Here is video from year 1933, it is the first time Spejbl a Hurvinek were in front of camera. It is about counting. Spejbl is asking Hurvínek how much is one and one or one minus one and Hurvineks dog Zeryk is helping him.

This video is from 1974. This is how it is shown on TV untill now. Me and my brother were waiting for every episode on TV when we were small:)
This about Hurvinek and rabbit. Sorry it is totally language unfriendly (I guess you wont understand a word Gyre)
So Hurvinek comes home and realizes that father is there, so he runaway because he has rabbit in his backpack and Spejbl hates this creatures since time they ate his tulips. When Spejbl wakes up, Hurvinek is trying to get him out of flat claiming how beautiful weather is and so...Then their neighbor Manicka comes (she lives next door with her mother Katherine) and ask Spejbl for help because their chimney is letting all the smoke inside. And then of course Spejbl is returning before they hide the rabbit and troubles are here, so Hurvinek starts to persuade father it is not rabbit but suslik and at the end the truth is revealed and Hurvinek gets few days of home prison.

It might be boring for you without understanding, so if you wanna see rabbit (its cute) go to 4:15.

yummy sputnik, coffee, great, thanks ygmir. finishing packing for roadtrip to WA, leaving in a couple of hours. should be a nice drive. Going with my sister, and will enjoy some quiet time and conversation with her. not truly a vacation, but hey, time away from work is nothing to sneeze at.

HI Elorrum.
are you going up I-5?

I love that drive, I make it a few times per year, to Packwood, WA, via hwy 12.

great bbq place in Weed, used to be called "J.R.'s", the name just changed, and, I can't remember it......starts with an "s".......dang.
right off the fwy, though, there is a McD's and gas station on the corners, it's the next place back.
IIRC, it's the first or second Weed exit.

and, you can get 190 proof everclear, in OR........just in case.........

Stumbles in to the smell of Sput's cinnamon rolls, YUM Great cartoons Misa! Bridged the language barrier. Drive safely Elorrum I love Ashland Next time it's tennis LF! Grins Pre Starbucks coffee is perfect this AM, however, without Microsoft, we might not be having this bar each day?????

Now to the NEB in the corner mosh pit. Guess Piney is sleeping in. Come on in GH Goats sleep standing up during the hours of 1:21AM and 2:18 AM every other Wednesday Now that's settled, just ask Gyre. He's really the expert on goats!

Cheers

All I know about goats is that they're good when cooked mongol style.

Do they really sleep standing up?
That seems odd.

I've heard of this.
Strange.

By the way, if they're preparing mongol goat and you shock easily, don't go into the kitchen.
I guess there is no easy way to do that.

I still enjoyed the goat.
