Thank you for the tip, illy dilly. I just got a gift card from REI, but am not a habitual visitor, & never would've known about the sale in time.

I'm making cute, fun skirts from scarves and MyLarry's old jeans. They're uber-small, he's a skinny freak. Anyway, for the regional burn, my NoCostCo project. Where burners don't shop.

Figured out my post-playa decompression day/intro back into real world arrangements in Reno! :) And, even better, it will be free! I LOVE time the fact that my mom has time share condos and has not used them this year!

Worldmark? That's where we stay. Housekeeping fee is around $50 if she doesn't have one credited for the year.

Yep! And yes, we still our housekeeping credits! :) Unfortunately, since my sister has been having some health problems, the vacation times that normally would be using the condos, were spent with her. So, we have LOTS of points and credits banked! hehe

LOL, there's a reason we go to Hawaii every other year! Next year is Santa Fe though, and New Year's is St. George. Good thing MyLarry has plenty of vacation days.

We're getting the Costco carport today after thoroughly researching the shade structure options and some false starts. Next getting ribbon to decorate the hammock I got on craigslist and learning how to use my sewing machine. Memorial Day marks the beginning of "time to seriously focus on BM preparation" season for this newbie. Let's go!

As advised I'm breaking these boots in today. Pretty comfy so far and nice and ridiculous looking. They really need some paint though. I'm thinking paisley.

They're knee socks: http://wickedskatewear.com/MushroomKneeHighSock.aspx

But I bought them at a local store.

Hot Topic is having a sale on their knee high socks. Not sure how long it lasts though, since I deleted the email!

CFM, it wouldn't be the same without you--which is saying a lot, since I've never been there! Still. Please go. :D

Back in the spirit of this thread, I bought 120 used silk ties on eBay and plan to make...something out of them!

I'm afraid you MUST go this year. There will only be regrets for the rest of your life if you miss this. I know money will be tight, but you can never make up for the lost week. Trust me! :D

Money can't be tight when it doesn't exist.

Y'all are too kind. But if you'd bought the crap I was selling, I wouldn't have this problem.

Just kidding. 8)
