The Oglalla aquifer is the biggy and it's in big trouble. This report says that 20% of our crops are watered by the Oglalla;

Also, the main aquifer under the San Joaquin valley is draining. The aquifer under Baja California Norte is fossil water and it's dropping pretty fast. The aquifer under the Palo Verde valley and the Coachella valley is rising because of 50 years of irrigation from unlined canals. These 4 valleys represent a huge percentage of winter crops.
