I'd like to "thump" some of those amplifiers that drone out nothing but repetitive artificial dance rythms at nuclear power levels. It's just too much, even if it's a good thing for some of us.
Kind'a like "your rights end where my nose begins" -- in this case my ear drums.
Wanna support something, you say? Bring sheet music for piano. I'm bringing several pianos.

Oooo! Thumper The Rabbit from the Bambi movie! Yes, I'm that old!Ugly Dougly wrote:
The other one looks like a mix (counting from the bottom up) of a bicycle pedal, an automobile transmission input shaft, and the top of one of those flat and curved metal bottles that people carry in an inside coat pocket in cold weather -- with the cap askew.
I ought to do something useful now.

LOL ya most burners (not the raver/burner variety) pretty much could do without the rave scene... so my best guess is that you're probably not gonna find too many um suggestions from the eplaya peeps. LOLkublakhan469 wrote:Looking to find a List of artists I can help support..

Oh and Benassi is a great producer - trainwrecks like a muthafucker on live sets - or at least thats our experience seeing him on ...
hunt up some Bassnecter.... I understand he's out there frequently... i'm hoping to catch a sunrise set maybe. Check out the websites for root society and opulent temple.

Don't count on Bassnectar being out there. He's got gigs on 8/21 in Chicago and then 9/5 in New York. Possible, but not likely.
check out DJ Kramer (Deep End aka, Distrik) out of SF, or Steve Boyette (Groovelectric). I know Steve Boyette does at least one late night-sunrise gig.

What other people think about you is none of your business.

ya i was wondering about that after the mid set grumblings he had last year... youtube it... it reminded me of Stan/Southpark from an episode with a hippy music festival.Bounce530 wrote:Don't count on Bassnectar being out there. I guess I'll have to get my sunrise set from someone else. =)
