The Drudge report has a consistent history of having In accurate reporting.

You can not find the same on the internet about Al Jezeeera.

methinks you have never bothered to look at the drudge report, dvd. it's links. yes, drudge chooses the news links, but they still cross a pretty wide spectrum. the other links are constant, and varied .... sometimes i just close my eyes and click. his major claim to fame is breaking news. i do not read his blog .... i go for the links.

my yahoo page goes to reuters and the LA times.

ALDaily.com is the first site that comes up when i turn on my computer. its links are totally unpredictable, and usually interesting. it's not a news source, unless something big is happening, and then it links to multiple news sources .... but they post some excellent essays and book reviews every day, and it's my favorite.

i expect bias in every single thing i read. al jazeera is biased OF COURSE. you are a fool not to expect pro-arab anti-israel bias from such a site. i have no interest in discrediting al jazeera - it is what it is. its bias does not make it less valuable as a news source, but i think it is important to get different perspectives.

you said you got news from a lot of sources ..... can you name some more?

edit to add ... CBC .... OK, another left site. do you ever look at anything at all on the right? and one more edit - i do not have cable TV, and rarely turn on the TV news, although i used to watch the newshour on PBS. now i mostly just follow on the internet.

Isn't that a good way to bolster your argument, if referring to facts gleaned in a certain location, or process?
Seems lots of folks here, when a point is put forward, ask for "links", so, they can see where the info comes from.

Could you explain why anyone would give a flying fuck about Spanky or Technopatra? They're gone, haven't been here for years and most people would consider them irrelevant. In short, who cares?
