I just tossed my Miller Synchro Wave 250 when I discovered this product. This stuff is great. The depth of penetration is amazing.

No kidding? That good? wow... Any downsides to it? What's the learning curve on it? I've soldered a lot and am just getting into arc welding. The description appears to be basicly just like soldering copper pipe.

Ive used it to patch holes in irrigation pipe. It works well and is fairly easy to get used to. I'd say a mix between solder and braising in technique.

And it can bond aluminum to copper & brass? My brain just went into overdrive. Unlike most of you, I'm not thinking of MV's. More along the lines of wearables.

Motsky is correct. It belongs under soldering and brazing. Been around forever. Frequently demonstrated and sold at old-car swap meets.

And so it is! I LOVE having one in the area here. And if you figure shipping, picking it up from HF is a bit cheaper. :) Thanks for the heads up Dick.

This is going to be fun... :D
