Hmmm, to have week long dust storm would be really inconvenient...
and dust mask and goggles is something I still have to purchase.

The worst storm I've experiened was of snow...and it seems I wont meet that on Playa :D

some cake again for you :)

What would really be inconvenient would be substantial rain.
It's going to be alright.

yeah Misa, it can't be over-emphasized, to have good dust protection.........
go ahead, GH, take that straight line and run........hahaha

yeah Sput, I'm with you there.
I've spent years roaming the desert of norther NV......and, if it rains much, everything comes to an immediate halt. Sticky, gooey.....yikes.

Of course, it could make for 40K+ person game of "freeze tag" I suppose........hahaah, or musical shade structures......

Yawns, stumbles in and reaches for a coffee. YG is right about the weather and the bonding.2007 stands out in my mind as well. It was my first year and the storm was really frightening. But through it all I was with friends that I had just made a day or two before and they helped me thorough it and are still close friends to this dy. Can't wait to see them in Hushville and camp with them again this year.

Have fun with the ladies, WB GH, we'll be there at home to keep you company very soon. Sput, enjoy your weeikend soiree. I'm doing an anti rain dance for you!

Going to a preview of Art on the Playa on Thursday evening. A few of the artists will be talking about their art and what went into making it. Always interesting and fun evening.

Ok, enough talk, time for a snuggle in the NEB.

Cheers

:::stumbles in half asleep:::

Morning. :::grabs a cup of coffee::

So I hear people say bring clothes incase it rains. What should one bring for that? Rain boots and a smile? As I've never been I can't imagine what clothes one would need. PersonallyI love sitting or laying out in the rain naked. My moron neighbors don't like but eh.
