WNBR was one of my favorite events my virgin year. I was really excited to take my camp mate (virgin) on the ride this year... DAMN

You can still volunteer to be an official pit stop.

So.... 11 AM Wednesday, starting at the Man.

What if I serve ice cream at the Kinetic Cab Company? Would that be of interest as a pit stop? :?:

My understanding is that Critical Dicks always allows women in the march. One is encouraged to have something vaguely phallic but it's not really a requirement.

Feeldo is a double ended dildo and one person inserts into herself and using her muscle holds in place so no harness is required.

Don't know why I'd know that.

OK...how hard can putting this together be? I think last year was the first that the Burning Man Naked Bike Ride and Pub Crawl (let's drop the WNBR title) was scheduled for Thursday at 11 AM. Pretty sure I'm right because I always rode it, and last year I couldn't because an annual Wednesday commitment prevented me from doing so.

If we could go at 11 AM Thursday at The Man, great...I'll be there. If y'all want to stick with Wednesday, fine!

So, Barbie Death Camp is in, I'm sure. What about Our Lady of the Schlong and Meat Inspection Company? And I forget the others...

There just won't be any cups to give away...so what?

Dragonpilot, you're mostly correct. Historically it had been held on Thursday, but last year I know it was Wednesday because that is the day (and you were there for it) the Annual Barbie Death Village Pancake Porkout is held. We had to get the place cleaned up by 11:30 or so in order to pour wine for the naked cyclists. Frankly Wednesday or Thursday will fit in well (if I had my druthers, I'd choose Thursday) for BDC&WB to be another host camp. This sounds like a real good job for someone out there looking for "something to contribute to the city" to take by the balls and make it happen.

Dragonpilot, how many people would you guess were on the ride last year. I am thinking 200 or so. I was pissed that someone grabbed my cup after the ride was over. Remember the end at C&J!

So, let's say we agree on Thursday at 11 AM. And that BDC&WB is in as a host. Who can speak for the other hosts?

And if we agree on those details, what's it take to get it in the WWW?

And maybe we need to start another thread about this.

Leading this is not much more than showing up at The Man, shouting "Let's go!"...knowing where the hosts are and how to get to them...including a midway dismount at Center Camp to streak the denizens therein.

I was Greeting during last year's ride, but in '08 there was about 200 give or take.

LOL This was my exact problem in 2005. !!! !!!

I got half drunk in a nude bike ride on the way to the eplaya meet and greet. I almost made it but collapsed at a camp one block away
from the Barbie Death Camp.

Nudity is natural, fun, and comfortable

Post by HoundCat » Mon Jun 28, 2010 7:07 pm

Whether there is a nude bike ride, nude people running around whether attractive or unattractive, or people wearing clothing, nudity is natural, fun, and comfortable. If it's too hot, take something off. If it's still too hot, take more off. If there's no more to remove, find more ways to cool off, but clothing should be strictly functional. If someone, anyone, wants to be nude, there is nothing wrong with that, and in fact I would encourage everyone to be naked if so many people didn't have hangups about it. Those who do have reservations about nudity don't have to be naked or look at those who are, but Burning Man is all about having a good time and nudity and self-expression is all part of it. Share, contribute, lighten up, and by all means refrain from judging others.

Hay! The Nude Bike Ride is on! Though we wanted it on Thursday it looks like it will be held again on Wednesday. So never fear denizens of the playa, there will be plenty of nude people you'd rather not look at hanging (as it were) around BDC&WB noonish Wednesday.

So essentially because of Casanova's post the nude bike ride was resurrected and there will be more "unattractive" nude cyclists on the Playa.

I love Burning Man.

This year I am joining in for sure.

Maybe a "Naked, Old, and Unattractive People March" is called for as well.

I am not very old, but I can be as unattractive as anybody.
